Usage Instructions

  1. Prepare sushi rice and your favorite fillings such as seafood, vegetables, or avocado.
  2. Open the mold, spread an even layer of nori sheet inside, then add rice and fillings.
  3. Cover with the split pressing lid and press firmly to shape the sushi roll.
  4. Take out the formed sushi roll and place it in the built-in cutting grooves.
  5. Slice along the grooves to get evenly sized sushi pieces, then remove and serve.

Notes

  • This mold is made of food-grade HIPS material. Do not use sharp metal utensils to scratch the surface.
  • Clean with warm soapy water after use; hand washing is recommended to extend service life.
